Data we collect

Account: email, username, hashed password, 2FA secret.
KYC (when payout is requested): government-issued ID, selfie, proof of address.
Payment: handled by Stripe — TITAN FUNDED does not store full card data.
Trading: trades, equity history, drawdown, MT5 login number.
Operational: IP address and user-agent for security and audit logs.

Why we collect it

To run the evaluation programme, prevent fraud, comply with applicable AML / sanctions screening, process payouts, and support you. Audit logs of administrative actions are retained for compliance purposes.

Sub-processors

Stripe — payment processing.
Email provider (e.g. Resend) — transactional email.
Hosting provider — server infrastructure.

Retention

Account and trading data are retained while your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure for tax and compliance reasons. KYC records are retained per applicable AML retention rules (typically 5 years from the end of the business relationship).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@titanfunded.com. Deletion is subject to overriding legal-retention obligations.

Cookies

The dashboard uses local storage to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
