Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Service

TITAN FUNDED provides a paid trader-evaluation programme on simulated (demo) MT5 accounts. See the Risk Disclosure for the nature of the service and the absence of any live-trading or custody arrangement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be a resident of a sanctioned country, nor on any sanctions list TITAN FUNDED is bound to screen against.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your TITAN FUNDED account credentials and your MT5 credentials confidential. You must enable 2FA. Trading or access by anyone other than the account holder is grounds for termination and forfeiture of any pending payout.

4. Challenge Fees & Refunds

Challenge fees are non-refundable once a trade has been opened on the evaluation account, except where required by law. A refund may be granted at TITAN FUNDED’s sole discretion if requested before the first trade is opened.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are grounds for immediate termination without payout: latency arbitrage / quote sniping; coordinated trading across multiple accounts; reverse-trading hedge schemes between accounts; use of demo-only exploits (e.g. weekend gaps, tick anomalies) absent in live markets; identity fraud; chargeback abuse.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed only after KYC verification is complete and the funded-stage rules have been met. TITAN FUNDED reserves a reasonable period to review each payout request and may withhold payment pending investigation of suspected rule violations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TITAN FUNDED’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. TITAN FUNDED is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on file.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles, save where a mandatory consumer-protection regime in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
